| Entry Fee(s) | $75* per player for qualifying round $125 for Concurrent *Players who successfully qualify for the championship proper will be changed the additional championship fee of $190 for championship rounds |

| Format | Individual 18-Hole Stroke Play. No playoff as ties qualify. |
