| Eligibility | Entry is open to any female and male amateur golfer ages 6-18 who has not started college and is a legal resident of North Carolina. |
| Format |
Players age 12-18:
Individual 18-hole stroke play with a maximum score of 8 on each hole. Players age 6-11: Individual 9-hole stroke play with a maximum score of 8 on each hole. |

| Starting Times |
Starting times begin at 9:30am for players age
12-18 off of #1 & #10. Starting times will begin at 2:40 for players age 6-11 off of #10. Starting times will be posted 5 days in advance of tournament date. |
| Divisions |
Boys' 12-13 Boys' 14-15 Boys' 16-18 Girls' will be divided into divisions based on the number of entries. Ages 6-7 Ages 8-9 Ages 10-11 TYGA reserves the right to modify divisions based on entries. |

Boys' 14-15 & Boys 16-18: 6388 yards, par 72 Boys' 12-13: 5341 yards par 72 All Girls' Divisions: 5341 yards par 72 Ages 6-7: 1260 yards Ages 8-9: 1671 yards Ages 10-11: 1980 yards Yardages are subject to change. |
| Caddie Information |
Players age 12-18: Caddies are NOT allowed. Players age 6-11: Caddies are REQUIRED and must be 16 years of age or older. No Exceptions. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts are allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments. |
| Parent & Spectator Policy | Spectator Information:
If AVAILABLE
Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $35 per cart. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. View our Parent & Spectator Policies for more information. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from
the event online
or by contacting the TYGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the day of the
tournament.
If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be
suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. *NEW* Refund Policy: Withdrawals submitted TWO Days Prior or more from tournament date will receive a refund of the entry fee minus a $20* administrative fee regardless of reason if entry accepted into the tournament. Withdrawals submitted less than two days before the tournament will not receive any refund. *$10 admin fee for players age 6-11. |
| Prizes | Medals are awarded to each divisional winner, runner-up and second runner-up. |
| Tournament of Champions | Invitations for the 2022 Tournament of Champions will be extended to all 18-hole division winners. |
| Exemptions Earned | Top 5 receive exemption into N.C. Junior Boys' Championship (18-Hole Boys' Overall Division) |
| Handicap Posting |
TYGA does not post one day tournament scores to player's GHIN
handicap record. TYGA Tots rounds are not played on courses rated for the World Handicap System play and these scores cannot be posted for handicap purposes. |
