Qualifier Player Information
Players may attempt to Qualify only once per Championship.

| Entry Fee(s) | $75* per player for qualifying round *Players who successfully qualify for the championship proper will be changed the additional championship fee of $190 for championship rounds |

| Format | Individual 18-Hole Stroke Play. No playoff as ties qualify. |

| Caddie & Spectator Information | Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA championships. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time or rent a spectator cart except as provided in the
CGA Tournament Manual. Caddie Information: During the play of a hole, either the player or his caddie may ride in a golf cart but not both at the same time. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time. |
