| Entry Fee(s) | $110* per player for North Carolina Mid-Amateur qualifying round. *North Carolina Mid-Amateur: Players who successfully qualify for the championship proper will be charged the additional championship fee of $260 for championship rounds |

| Format | Individual 18-Hole Stroke Play. No playoff necessary as ties qualify. |
