reached their 19th birthday as of the last day of the championship. USGA GHIN Number is required with an Handicap Index of 15.0 or lower. Must be a legal resident of

| Parent & Spectator Information |
Spectator Information: Spectator carts
are allowed at a rate of $30 per cart. Spectator carts are restricted to the
cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
Open Date to Two Days Prior to Qualifying
Date: Full refund minus $30.00 administrative fee regardless of reason if
entry accepted into championship or sectional qualifier. Withdraw the day before or on Qualifying Date; No-Shows: No refund for any reason. |
