| Entry Process | Coaches will register their players. |
| Eligibility | Open to any public and private girls’ high school teams from North Carolina. Team members must meet age eligibility set by their school. |
| Format | Individual
and team 18-hole
stroke play Best 3 of 4 scores for team score. Maximum hole score of 8. |
| Starting Times |
12:30 pm Shotgun Start Groupings will be posted 5 days in advance of tournament date. |
| Course Setup | 5,305 yards, par 71 |
| Field Size | 90 players maximum |
| Practice Rounds | Available from 8/1-9/20 for $35 per person. Please contact Keith Hills to schedule. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts are allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments. |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are NOT allowed. |
| Spectator and Parent Policy | Spectator Information:
Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $24 per cart. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy | If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the TYGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. |
| Prizes | Trophies are awarded to the winning school, members of the winning team, the medalist, and first and second all-tournament teams (five each). |
| Handicap Posting | TYGA does not post one day tournament scores to player's GHIN handicap record. |
| Tournament of Champions |
An invitation will be extended to the individual winner of this event for the PKBGT 2022 Regional Tournament of Champions. Invitations for the 2023 TYGA Tournament of Champions will be extended to team and individual winners. |
