Players may attempt to Qualify only once per Championship.

| Entry Fee(s) | NC Amateur or Carolinas Amateur Qualifying: $85* per player for qualifying round Both NC Amateur & Carolinas Amateur Qualifying: $145* per player for qualifying round **Players who successfully qualify for the championship(s) proper will be changed the additional championship fee(s): NC Amateur $215 for championship rounds / Carolinas Amateur $220 for championship rounds |
