| Format & Prizes |
The championship is contested at 36 holes of four-ball stroke play. Gross scores only. A tie for the 65+ Division or 70+ Division is decided by an on-course playoff. Players select the division in which to compete if eligible. Merchandise certificates are valid until December 31, 2021. |

| Registration | There is no formal registration prior to championship. |
| Food Service Information | Lunch will be provided for players on Tuesday, October 5th. All other food and beverage will be at the player’s expense. |
| Spectator & Caddie Information | Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA championships. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time or rent a spectator cart except as provided in the
CGA Tournament Manual. Caddie Information: Caddies are permitted, but during the play of a hole, either the player or the caddie may ride in a golf cart but not both at the same time. Caddies will be required to wear a CGA caddie bib and they will be available at the starting tees and must be returned to the scoring area following each round. |
