Entry Fee(s)	$60*^ per player for qualifying round during Carolinian *Players who successfully qualify for the championship proper will be changed the additional entry fee of $160 for championship rounds
Format	Individual 18-Hole Stroke Play
Eligibility	Entry is open to any male amateur golfer who has reached his 13th birthday by June 13, 2019, is a legal resident of North Carolina, and has an active GHIN® USGA Handicap Index® at a CGA member club that does not exceed 10.4
Course Setup	6,700 yards, par 72
Field Size	Based upon Carolinian Field Size
Qualifying Spots	16 + Ties
Starting Times	Carolinian First Round Tee Times
