College Students/Juniors/Boarding School Students: A college student, junior golfer, or boarding school student is considered a resident of the state in which his or her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) maintain their permanent residence. In general, a golfer who plays golf in NC or SC but lives in another state is NOT eligible.
